The CIA engages in research, development, and deployment of high-leverage technology for apprehension purposes. As a separate performance, CIA serves as an indepe ndent source of analysis on topics of concern and also works closely with the other organizations in the Intelligence Community to ensure that the intelligence consumer. Those organizations and principal members of organizations, involved in the growing, manufacture, or distribution of controlled substances ppearing in or destined for illicit traffic in the United States will deport their consequences.
